Recently, a reporter learned from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission that in the first quarter, significant progress has been made in the major projects of the “Trillion RMB Investment on a Thousand Projects” initiative in Lishui city, 78 provincial projects completed investment of 7.71 billion yuan in the first quarter, with an investment completion rate of 27.5%, ranking second in the province.

One noteworthy point is that among the 22 newly initiated projects in Lishui city, 15 have already commenced. The initiation rate of new projects in the first quarter reached an impressive 68%, surpassing the provincial target by 38 percentage points and even achieving the second-quarter initiation target set by the province ahead of schedule. Among them, new projects in the fields of urban organic renewal and clean energy supply have already completed their annual initiation tasks ahead of schedule.

In the next phase, Lishui city will continue to focus on the “main battlefield” of the projects, deeply implement the “hundreds and thousands” action plan for investment promotion, and steadfastly promote steady investment growth, and adhere to the principles of “early initiation, rapid progress, and strong assurance”. Efforts will be concentrated on overcoming difficulties in 78 major provincial projects, 144 “hundreds and thousands” projects with investments exceeding 1 billion yuan, and 430 key municipal projects.

Furthermore, Lishui city will ensure that the growth of fixed asset investment in the city exceeds 10% through measures such as leadership responsibility for projects, Wednesday project service days, the “Three-Plus” (adding strength, accelerating, and intensifying efforts) campaign, and investment competitions. At the same time, Lishui will continue to monitor the implementation of major investment attraction projects to ensure that the results of investment attraction translate into tangible project progress and economic benefits.
